Somatic Self-Inquiry Meditation | HETA: Harmonized Embodied Transformation Approach
Abigail is a somatic practitioner, educator, and founder of MágiCo, an integrative wellness practice bringing together digestive health, plant(+) medicine, nervous system awareness, and somatic integration.
Her work is grounded in a simple understanding: the body is the litmus test for love. Through her Harmonized Embodied Transformation Approach (HETA), Abigail invites participants to explore the body's many languages, including sensation, emotion, activation, intuition, and physiological response, as meaningful information rather than problems to suppress or control.
At the heart of her practice is non-control: developing awareness, attunement, discernment, and compassion without demanding that ourselves, others, or our experiences become something different before we can remain present.
Her Somatic Self-Inquiry Meditation classes explore both intrarelational connection (our relationship with ourselves) and interrelational connection (our relationships with others). Rather than stopping at individual regulation or personal insight, the practice develops our capacity for authentic expression, reciprocal connection, and relational repair.
And when repair with another person is unavailable, unsafe, or simply not possible, the work continues within. Intrarelational processing allows us to metabolize our experiences, honor our boundaries, and move toward integration without requiring another person's participation, agreement, or change.
Drawing from neuroscience, embodied mindfulness, relational inquiry, and holistic wellness, Abigail offers an accessible, compassionate space for exploring what it means to be in relationship with our bodies, ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
